Our current manufacturing setup has the capability to produce of 4 Hundred thousand bags per day and printing capability up to 8 colors.

Our fully Integrated World Class FIBC Facility with a capacity to produce 5 Million FIBC’s per annum is equipped with fully automatic extrusion lines and circular looms from the world’s best manufacturers. All our looms in FIBC section are from Starlinger and they are all fully ceramic version. This means we have the lowest loss of strength in weaving and this means we have much better strength for a given GSM in the fabric.

Our complete facility right from extrusion till dispatch is BRC certified. We strictly adhere to global standards and maintain high hygiene and cleanliness at every stage of the manufacturing process.
All our bag designs are certified by international laboratories and our in house testing is well equipped with machines like weatherometer from QUV, USA , Test rig for safety factor checking, metal detector and bag cleaning machine.
